Free Consultations:  We offer free consultations about your case.

Confidentiality:  Your information and discussions will remain confidential, and discussions with your attorney are privileged under Alabama Law.  We maintain the strictest possible control over our clients' documents and information to insure that the privacy of our clients is protected.

Pro Bono Policy:  We are committed to make sure that everyone, regardless of their ability to pay,  who calls or visits our office receives help, advice, and guidance in those types of cases which we handle, although we may  not be able to actively represent you in a particular case.

Areas of Specialty Law:  In cases involving a specialized area of law, such as product liabilty for a particular drug or product, we have a network of attorneys who specialize in such areas of law, to whom we can refer your case to make sure you get the most capable legal representation available for your case.

Contingency Fees:  We handle many types of cases on a contingency fee basis, which means there are no legal fees owed by the client unless we are successful in either obtaining a settlement or winning your case at trial.

Fee structure:  We can discuss a fee arrangement to suit your particular legal matter.  Many of our services are billed at a flat rate.  Other services may be billed at an hourly rate.  We will discuss this with you at the beginning of our attorney-client relationship so that you will know what to expect.
